Pineapple-coconut Biscuits

                    - 3 oz (90 g) flour shopping list
 - 4 teaspoons sugar shopping list
 - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) baking powder shopping list
 - 4 oz (120g) low-fat dry milk shopping list
 - 1 can 227g , drained, crushed pineapple, plus 4 tablespoons )60mi) juice shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons (30ml) water shopping list
 - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract shopping list
 - 4 teaspoons (20ml) desiccated coconut shopping list

How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven 180c / gas 4
 - Sift together the first 3 ingredients
 - Add remaining ingredients except for the coconut and mix well
 - Drop teaspoonsful of the mixture on to a none-stick baking sheet, allowing room for the biscuits to spread
 - Sprinkle biscuits with the coconut
 - Bake for 15 Min's or until lightly browned.
 - cool on wire rack.
