How to make it

  • Preheat oven 180c / gas 4
  • Sift together the first 3 ingredients
  • Add remaining ingredients except for the coconut and mix well
  • Drop teaspoonsful of the mixture on to a none-stick baking sheet, allowing room for the biscuits to spread
  • Sprinkle biscuits with the coconut
  • Bake for 15 Min's or until lightly browned.
  • cool on wire rack.

    I hope this helps with conversion to US measurements
    and I hope I have got it right!!!

    Flour is approx 1/4 cup
    Dried milk is approx just under a cup
    Pineapple in tin should be sold in a 227 g tin
