Pineapple-coconut Biscuits Recipe

A quick recipe for biscuits, the children can help with this on too.

Ingredients
- 3 oz (90 g) flour
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) baking powder
- 4 oz (120g) low-fat dry milk
- 1 can 227g , drained, crushed pineapple, plus 4 tablespoons )60mi) juice
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) water
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons (20ml) desiccated coconut

Directions
- Preheat oven 180c / gas 4
- Sift together the first 3 ingredients
- Add remaining ingredients except for the coconut and mix well
- Drop teaspoonsful of the mixture on to a none-stick baking sheet, allowing room for the biscuits to spread
- Sprinkle biscuits with the coconut
- Bake for 15 Min's or until lightly browned.
- cool on wire rack.

and I hope I have got it right!!!
Flour is approx 1/4 cup
Dried milk is approx just under a cup
Pineapple in tin should be sold in a 227 g tin
