How to make it

  • Combine first 5 ingredients; cut in shorteneing with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
  • Stir in pepperoni.
  • Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 3 or 4 times.
  • Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut dough 2 or 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter and place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Yield; 1 dozen
