Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • lay kale out on baking sheet or 2 if needed.
  • Drizzle butter over kale, amount depending on how much kale used.
  • Mix all the spices together in a small tupperware
  • Sprinkle spice over the kale. Don't go over board. If you don't use all the seasoning put a lid on it and store it in the pantry!
  • Now mix around the kale with some tongs and place in oven. Start checking them at about 8 minutes and take out when crispy. It could take up to 12 minutes or so. Enjoy!

My sister just made a similar version of this yesterday but she just baked it with cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. This was soooo good! It tasted just like broccoli to me, but it was so delicate and crunchy. I'm hooked on it and can't wait to try this version! Great post Mommyluv!

This was delicious I've made the kale chips with just olive oil and sea salt before - they are sooo addicting! But the cinnamon/sugar/salt/cayenne blend and the rich flavor of butter were a wonderful change! I'll Definitely make these again!
