How to make it

  • Preheat oven according to what the turkey says.
  • Potato Salad
  • In an stock pot place potatoes and add enough water to cover the potatoes and cover. When it comes to a boil.Simmer, cover for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.Drain well; cool slightly.Peel and cube the potatoes.
  • In another stock pot boil water till ready for the eggs to go in one at a time till they are cracked on the shells.I boil them for 30 to 35 minutes. When done drain. Before I go and peel them.I let them set in a pan of cold water and let them cool for 15 to 20 minutes.Peel and wash.Cut as fine as can.
  • In an mixing bowl add poetoes, eggs, pickle relish, onions, miracle whip or mayo to taste (I go by the taste and see if I needed too add any more too it or not) and optional celery seed and decrashion sprinkle paprika.Let set in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours.
  • Canied Yams
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Of course the oven will be set and "DON'T" have to move the temperature.
  • Drain off the juice from one can of the yams and parcel from the second can.
  • Cut the butter in slices and put them around the yams.
  • Add enough brown sugar and top it with marshmallows.
  • Bake for 5 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
  • Grean Beans
  • In a pan add the green beans, diced onion and enough of the bacon bits.
  • Let the green beans simmer for 20 to 30 minutes up to 35 minutes.
  • Stuffing
  • Toast the bread and tear into pieces and put them into an large bowl.
  • In that same bowl with the toasted bread.Add the rest of the ingredients. When adding the broth from the turkey add it by your taste and as well with the sage.
  • In an 8x9 or 9x9 pan.Pour the ingredients into the pan.
  • Preheat oven according to what the turkey says on the temperature and bake for 15 minutes.

I know that turkey takes about 4 to 6 hours or according to the package on the turkey on baking it in the oven.
