How to make it

  • Mix together eggs, mayo, Old Bay, pepper, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard, until creamy.
  • Add bread crumbs, mixing evenly.
  • Add in the crab meat and the chivest, being sure to mix evenly.
  • Shape into small cakes.
  • Let the crab cakes sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place crab cakes on a large cookie sheet. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle on a tiny amount of flour - approximately 1/2 tsp per cake.
  • Cook under broiler, turning once, until golden brown.
  • Serve with remoulade.
