Creamy Dill Sauce

- 1 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 1 8 oz. package softend cream cheese shopping list
- 3 tsp. fresh chopped dill (or 3 of dried) more or less to suit your taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 c. blue cheese dressing shopping list
- *Optional* shopping list
- you can add other ingredients to suit yor taste shopping list
How to make it
- *In blender, chop cream cheese using stop/start method until chunky
- add rest of ingredients puree until smooth
- or you can leave a little chunky for veggies, and or other snack items
- chill for at least two-three hours
- Serving suggestioins:
- I use this with sliced cucumber and a vidalia onion sliced into circles
- Good on any fish entree
- If used for dipping, leave a little chunky
- Also good with veggie trays
- (Makes about rwo cups
- Recipe can be doubled
- This is versatile, you can make this any ethnic flavor of your choice, the main ingredients are the sour cream and cream cheese
- Servings are variable, and the cook time is actually the chill time...

Interesting combination. Have never combined blue cheese with dill, but it sounds interesting. I do love dill sauce and always have it to accompany schnitzel. Thanks, dear, for sharing this.
