Party Size Shot Glass Desserts

Made these for a family party along with other desserts. Try to find the smallest plastic glasses you can ( I think these were about 4 or 5 oz- don't have to fill all the way. These can be made overnight and held in a cold place till party time, garmish with whipped cream and cookies just before serving For ease, one may buy the baked goods. Read more I made my own fudge cake, cheesecake and even strawberry topping for fresh berries I picked in June and froze- Either way these were fabulous and photo does not do justice See less
Ingredients
- Cheescake, store bought or home made shopping list
- strawberry pie filling ( canned or home made ) shopping list
- chocolate cake store bought or homemade shopping list
- chocolate or fudge sauce: bottled or home made shopping list
- whipped cream for garnish shopping list
- hazelnut cookie sticks, storebought for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Layer in the glass: strawberry topping, cheesecake, strawberry topping, cheesecake, topping or layered as desired
- For chocolate dessert: chcolate sauce, cake, sauce, cake ,sauce
- Just before serving pipe on or dollop on some sweetened whipped cream and garnish with a cookie stick
- Note: I did use a whole 9 inch cheesecake and and entire chocolate bundt cake , cake was torn into pieces, and cheesecake was scooped out ,cut out from the pan
all decked out for guests
