Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt

1 clove garlic chopped

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. chile powder

1 tsp. ground cardamon

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. salt

4 bay leaves crushed

Directions

Use this spicy yogurt to marinate 2 chickens (cut-up) four hours or overnight.

Barbeque, basting with remaining marinade.
