Tortoni Cup Cakes

- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened shopping list
- 1 cup chopped, toasted, and salted pecans or nuts of choice shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped Maraschini cherries shopping list
- 1 cup crushed, coconut macaroons shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together and spoon into fluted, paper cups placed in muffin tins and place in freezer for about an hour to harden
- May be frozen for up to one week covered in plastic wrap
- Rich, elegant, and easy dessert for a special meal...Enjoy!
