Ingredients

How to make it

  • First you need to cook the meat. You'll want to make sure it is fully cooked before moving on.
  • While the meat is cooking, prepare your fixin's. Shred the cheese, cut the tomatoes, etc.
  • Once the meat is finished, drain and add the taco mix/seasonings and a cup or so of water. The exact measurements are up to your own tastes.
  • As you are cooking the seasonings into the meat, open the croissants and lay them out in a circle on a baking tray by overlapping the corners. The points of the triangles should be pointing out. If your tray doesn't have a non-stick coating, lay down a sheet of wax paper first.
  • Once the meat has finished soaking up the seasonings, spook the meat onto the croissants, with the majority of the meat ending up around the overlapped areas.
  • If you've elected to use cheese, sprinkled the cheese evenly over the meat in the desired areas and amounts.
  • Fold the points of the croissants over the meat and cheese, so that the points are now in the middle. Although the points don;t need to touch the base of each croissant, it's easier to serve the finished meal if you do.
  • Place the baking sheet into the oven. Whether preheated or not, set the oven to roughly 300 degrees Fahrenheit (or 150 Celsius).
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until croissants are golden brown.
  • Serve with fixin's and Enjoy!
