Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cut 1/2 inch slice from top of each tomato
  • Scoop out pulp, leaving shell intact
  • Salt shell and turn upside down to let moisture drain for 10 minutes
  • In mixing bowl, combine spinach, 1/2 cup cheese and pepper
  • Fill each tomato with spinach mixture
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese over top
  • Place tomatoes in muffin tin
  • Bake 25 minutes

    YUM! I LOVE spinach stuffed tomatoes! Never thought about using the stouffers spinach souffle...that's easier than mine! lol I will have to try this! I'm so far behind on looking at recipes it's not even funny...can't wait to see what else I've been missing!
