How to make it

  • Place 1 tablespoon parsley, lemon peeland about 1 inch of water in a large saucepan.
  • Place cauliflower in steamer basket and place in saucepan.
  • Bring water to a boil over medium heat.
  • Cover and steam for 15-17 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp-tender.
  • Remover and place into a large bowl.
  • Keep warm.
  • Reseve 1/2 cup of hot liquid.
  • Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic,cook and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until soft.
  • Stir in lemon juice and reserved liquid.
  • Spoon lemon sauce over cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle with remaining parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
  • Serve with lemon sices if you want to be fancy.
