A good tasting cold salad for a hot day.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces of pasta
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced and drained
  • 3/4 to 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • I omit the salt.

Directions
  1. Cook pasta as directed, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  3. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
  4. If you are making it ahead of time, add the bacon just before serving to maintain crispness.
