Spinach and Feta Bruschetta

- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 4 roma tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced diagonally into 3/4 inch thick slices shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread
- Spoon onto bread and broil until crispy and browned

ohh yummy! what a great and unique twist on Bruschetta! although Im sure it would be good any time of the year, I'm picturing summertime with some grilled lamb chops! aww man -- now I'm hungry
