Ingredients

How to make it

  • Brush the bottom and sides of a 13x9 baking dish with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, seasonings, eggs, milk and remaining melted butter
  • Stir in the spinach, cheeses and onion
  • Spread in prepared pan
  • Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean and the edges a lightly browned
  • Cut into squares and garnish with pimientos, if desired

    made these for Xmas and they were sooo good, you almost need to make a double batch, they disappear so fast.
    Such an easy recipe for a high 5 fork dish
