How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350*. Pour pineapple chunks into medium mixing bowl. Combine Cheddar cheese and flour in separate bowl until cheese is covered with flour. Mix in well with pineapple chunks. Pour into small casserole dish, sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until bubbling and brown around top edges.

    Hmm.... I would have never thought of pineapple and cheese together, but it sounds interesting... Might give this a try. ;')
