Pickle  Ham Roll Ups Recipe
Another recipe I make for the holidays. Never can eat just one.

Ingredients
  • 1 package smoked cooked ham slices
  • 1 jar kosher dill spears, drained
  • 1 8oz package Philly Cream cheese, softened some

Directions
  1. Pat ham & pickles dry with a paper towel.
  2. Spread 13 ham slices each with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese, enough to cover the ham slice.
  3. Top each slice with 1 pickle & roll up.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  5. Slice each pickle roll into 5 to 6 pieces

Making this just for the housewarming party tomorrow. It will be different enough to keep the party hopping. They are so used to my old stand-bys, this will be a delightful easy treat. Glad I found it in the "stumble" rush.

I have made something similar to this. Only I chop up green onion blades,mix with cream cheese and spread on the ham. I let them chill in the freezer until firm enough to slice. I always slice them into small pieces. Everyone loves them.


My Dad always has these out during the holidays! And you're right, you can NEVER eat just one.
