How to make it

  • Bowl 1:
  • beat the bananas into the applesauce until well blended
  • Stir in the blueberries ( iuse frozen I saved in the freezer )
  • Bowl 2:
  • sift all into a bowl
  • Bowl three:
  • Whisk the eggs, oil and vanilla
  • Pour applesauce mixture and egg mixture into the flour mixture
  • Combine at med speed a minute or two until well blended
  • Divide batter into two greased and floured loaf pans
  • Bake 350F about 70 minutes or tested done in center with toothpick
  • remove to rack to cool
  • After 10 to 15 minutes, carefully remove loaves from pans to cooling rack.
  • Cool completely
  • Wrap in foil overnight to mellow flavors
  • Freezes well
  • Great as is is or with cream cheese spread
