Tucky... hahah This is sooo good.. I made this the other nite.. cept I had pork either way... recipe by Sherry Theimer... Good 'crock' pot recipe...

- 5 lb chuck roast
- 2 10.5 oz can french onion soup
- 1 16 oz beer
- 2 oz whiskey ( I used Jack Daniels)
- 2 beef boullion cubes

Ingredients

5 lb chuck roast shopping list
2 10.5 oz can French onion soup shopping list
1 16 oz beer shopping list
2 oz whiskey ( I used Jack Daniels) shopping list
2 beef boullion cubes shopping list

How to make it

Braise the roat in 400 degree oven 1 hour
Mix together all other ingrdiants
Add roast and put in crockpot
Simmer on high 4-6 hours
Stir occaisionally
*Pre time is estimate.. along with servins..
Leftovers make a great 'Game' Day sandwich...

Sounds like a great game meal. Too much meat for me but I'm pretty sure my sister can cook this one up for her family!
