Ten Minute I Am Tired And Hungry Tortellini

- 20 spinach and ricotta tortellini (about 1 and 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 8 tbsps tomato sauce of your choice, I used tomato and mushrooms sauce shopping list
- 6 half inch cubes of feta cheese shopping list
- 1 tbsp pitted back olives, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella shopping list
- 1 pinch of oregano shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the tortellini in water with a pinch of salt for 6 minutes.
- Drain the water and put the tortellini back in a pan.
- Add the sauce, feta cubes, olives, mozzarela and stirr.
- Season to taste and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
