STEAK BOMBS

Ingredients
- 11/2 pounds fresh shaved steak shopping list
- 11/2 cups fresh bell peppers cut into small chunks shopping list
- 11/2 cups fresh onions cut into small chunks shopping list
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 12 slices EACH genoa salami and mozarella ( 2 slices of each per sandwich) shopping list
- 6 fresh sub rolls shopping list
- 2 tbl. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1tsp. coarse sea salt shopping list
- 1tsp. ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Add 1 tbl. olive oil to pan on stove top
- Saute onions and peppers
- Add mushrooms
- You want the mixture firm, not mushy
- Remove from heat
- Add 1 tbl. of olive oil if needed
- Saute shaved steak until pinkness is gone, Do not overcook.
- Add vegetables and heat for one minute
- Place slices of genoa salami and cheese on sub rolls
- Top with steak mixture
- Serve immediately
- For a crowd, cut subs in half or thirds
- ENJOY!!
