Ultimate Chicken

Creamy and nutty chicken dish. The blue cheese dressing compliments the chicken,apples and spinach nicely.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c blue cheese dressing shopping list
- 4 (6oz) boneless,skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika,3 Tbs olive oil,divided shopping list
- 1 large Granny Smith apple,cored and sliced shopping list
- 1 c sliced celery shopping list
- 1/3 c sliced shallots or red onions shopping list
- 8 oz. clean baby spinach leaves shopping list
- 1/4 c toasted pine nuts shopping list
- season chicken with salt,pepper and paprika. Heat 2 Tbs oil in a skillet over med-high heat and sear both sides of chicken. Continue to cook on med heat till chicken is thoroughly cooked. Transfer to plate;keep warm shopping list
- In same skillet,heat remaining oil and saute apples,celery and shallots till tender. Gently heat blue cheese dressing in a pan. Do not bring to boil. shopping list
- Arrange spinach on plates,top with hot vegetables,apples and chicken. Spoon warm dressing over all and sprinkle with pine nuts. shopping list

Oh my gosh this looks exceptionally delicious. I think it's the "blue cheese" that caught my eye. It's a 5 fork Ultimate Chicken recipe all the way.
