Ingredients

2 pounds ground round

2 eggs

1/2 cup white onion minced

1 tablespoon garlic minced

1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 teaspoons creole seasoning

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teapoon liquid smoke

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and form into meatballs.

Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
