How to make it

  • Blend together cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Add onion and pickles that have been chopped FINE.
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
  • I sometimes add ham or dried beef that has been chopped fine.

    Oh, this sounds good. I love pickles. And another use of chipped beef is always welcome. I'm sure my favorite triscuits would be terrific with this dip. Thanks for the post.

    When you add the dried beef or ham it is just like the pickle roll ups that we all love but just less work.
