Bun Pudding

Yup...it sounds crazy...but minimal money makes you creative. 9 ingredients is all you need for this mouth-watering dish.
Ingredients
- 1 8-count bag of hot dog buns, torn into pieces. shopping list
- 4-1/2 cups whole milk, or part half/half for richer "pudding" shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange liquor OR pure vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup chopped peans or macadmaia nuts shopping list
- ice cream shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place torn pieces of hot dog buns into a large bowl.
- Add milk and/or half and half, eggs, sugar, orange liquor or vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts.
- Mix.
- Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown and "puffed".
- It WILL "fall" when it cools.
- Cool.
- Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream.
