That One Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 package (approximately 1 pound) hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed

2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles

For a less spicy version, substitute mild turkey sausage and half of the tomatoes WITHOUT the chiles.

Directions

Brown the sausage, crumbling it as it cooks. Drain excess liquid.

Mix sausage, cream cheese and tomatoes into a slow cooker. As soon as it's hot, it's ready.

Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

I love this stuff! I make a similar dip with homemade ground turkey sausage and without the tomatoes and it's so very good.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE this dip!! I make this all the time and this dip really disappears! It's so good!

I use spicy sausage and spicy Ro-Tel and the cream cheese downplays the spicyness without taking away from the kick! Yummmm!!!
