Chicken Wings Baton Rouge

- For Marinade: shopping list
- 24 pcs. mid-chicken wings shopping list
- 1 c. beer shopping list
- 1 c. chicken stock shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed shopping list
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce shopping list
- For Seasoning: shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper (finely ground) shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp. basil shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp. rosemary shopping list
- salt ( to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and drain chicken wings.
- Place wings in bowl and mix in marinade ingredients.
- Marinade for 1 - 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Pre-heat oven 350F.
- Remove wings from marinade.
- Melt butter in cast iron pan over medium heat.
- Add seasoning ingredients, and wings.
- Stir well and cook for 7 minutes, stir frequently.
- Transfer pan to oven and finish cooking for 12 minutes or until chicken wings are done.
- Serve with lemon juice to dip and enjoy.
