Slow Baked Chicken Wings

- 5 pounds frozen chicken wings shopping list
- 10 oz. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons molasses or honey shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon (or to taste) shopping list
- cayenne pepper shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine all ingredients (except the chicken of course)
- In a disposable aluminum 10x12 inch pan (or a regular pan lined with foil), pour blended mixture over the still frozen wings
- Place on center rack and bake at 250 degrees for 2-21/2 hours, turning and basting every 40 minutes
- When wings are done, they will be tender
- Remove from sauce and serve immediately, or keep warm in a crockpot

We can't get enough chicken wings in my family LOL
They are always gone before we know it so I usually triple the amounts a recipe calls for. This is a 5 fork recipe.chacha in New York loved it -
