- 2 ounces pasteurized eggs shopping list
- 2 ounces aged balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 8 ounces canola oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Whip eggs until slightly frothy.
- Slowly whisk oil into eggs in a slow steady stream until emulsified.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well then keep refrigerated until ready to use.
