Strawberry Delight Squares

- 10 honey grahams, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups) shopping list
- 1/2C sugar, divided shopping list
- 6T butter, melted shopping list
- 11/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) neufchatel cheese, softened shopping list
- 2T milk shopping list
- 1C thawed Cool Whip Lite whipped topping shopping list
- 2C boiling water shopping list
- 1 pkg. (.6oz) strawberry flavor gelatin shopping list
- 11/2C cold water shopping list
- 2 cans (8 1/4 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Mix graham crumbs, 1/4cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Beat neufchatel, remaining sugar and milk with whisk until well blended. Stir in cool whip, spread over crust.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Meanwhile, add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.
- Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
- Stir in oranges. Spoon over neufchatel layer.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
