How to make it

  • Snap off and discard tough ends of asparagus
  • Cook asparagus in boling water covered 3-4 minutes ti ll crisp tender
  • Dain
  • Plunge sparagus into ice water to stop cooking process
  • drain, coarsely chop asparagus
  • Process aparagus , cheese, and remaining ingredients in food processor 30 secons to 1 minute till smooth
  • Scrape down side as needed.
  • May toss ith cooked pasta your choice
  • or spread on Crostini topped with chopped tomatoe and bacon
