I had this at my friend's house this weekend and fell in love. It was served over regular green/red lettuce with nothing else and perfect!

Ingredients
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2/3c Sugar
- 2/3c Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 Cider Vinegar
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2Tbls Dijon Mustard
Directions
- Chop Onion
- Mix other ingredients
- Add Onion
- Whisk
- Enjoy!

Everything sounds great, I would just suggest Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of Vegetable Oil.

This really is the best salad dressing ever. I wonder how many times we've actually eaten it? Maybe not the healthiest, but you can definitely cut down on the oil if you're worried about that. Thanks for posting!
