Lemon Head Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • To cake mix- add 2 tsp lemon zest- mix and bake according to pkg. instructions- bake in 13x9 pan
  • Let cool to room temp. - then poke holes all over cake top (I use a bamboo skewer to do this)
  • Mix undiluted lemonade and powdered sugar together and slowly pour over entire cake
  • Frost and sprinkle remaining lemon zest on top

    This looks mouth watering ! I love lemon and this looks so easy to be so full of flavor ! I'm making this one the next time the is a a cake to be made....maybe a cake needs to be made here in a few minutes ???? lol
