Lemon Head Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix

1 container ready made lemon frosting

3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate(thawed out)

3/4 cup powdered sugar

4 tsp. lemon peel zest

Directions

To cake mix- add 2 tsp lemon zest- mix and bake according to pkg. instructions- bake in 13x9 pan

Let cool to room temp. - then poke holes all over cake top (I use a bamboo skewer to do this)

Mix undiluted lemonade and powdered sugar together and slowly pour over entire cake

Frost and sprinkle remaining lemon zest on top
