Hot prawns

- 10 large prawn, deveined and butterflied shopping list
- 250ml lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbs chilli paste shopping list
- 2tsp chopped coriander shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped shopping list
- 1 cm fresh ginger shopping list
- 200ml olive oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chilli paste, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, ginger and salt in a blender.
- blend until smooth, then gradually drizzled the oil into the mixture while blending
- Heat 10ml of olive oil in a pan
- season pan with salt and pepper
- fry prawns for 2 minutes without overcooking
- remove from the pan
- drizzled sauce over prawns and cook

Nice and easy.This on a bed of pasta or rice would be nice. Good advice about seasoning to your taste as your chili sauce and my chili sauce and there chili sauce ain't the same chili sauce. Great post. Can I cook the prawns in butter please? RJ
