Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix chilli paste, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, ginger and salt in a blender.
  • blend until smooth, then gradually drizzled the oil into the mixture while blending
  • Heat 10ml of olive oil in a pan
  • season pan with salt and pepper
  • fry prawns for 2 minutes without overcooking
  • remove from the pan
  • drizzled sauce over prawns and cook

    thanks. Yes, you can actually. just make sure you dont brown the butter. I dont know whether you have Stork Culinesse where you come from, but if you do, you can use this to cook it in. it has the buttery taste, low salt content and it doesnt burn.

    Nice and easy.This on a bed of pasta or rice would be nice. Good advice about seasoning to your taste as your chili sauce and my chili sauce and there chili sauce ain't the same chili sauce. Great post. Can I cook the prawns in butter please? RJ
