I decided to make a half batch of this and put it over a beef roast in the slow cooker. It tasted good before I put it in and the house smells great while it is cooking. I am looking forward to the final results. (I didn't have enough honey so I substituted some brown sugar.)

I have several homemade bbq sauces that I make and my family and friends love. I may have to add this one to my collection. Printed and saved. Thanks for sharing. :)

I make a roast using coffee and love the rich flavor it gives; I will give this a try now that grilling season is upon us.

I've dined on coffee marinated pork at a wonderful restaurant and the acid really tenderized the meat so beautifully. This sounds a winner.
