How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place eggs, heavy cream, dry mustard, salt and pepper into a large bowl; whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in sausage, peppers, cup of cheese, onion.
  • Pour egg mixture into a greased 13' x 9" baking dish.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
  • Sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, and remaining cheese and bake 5 mins more.
  • Let stand 5 mins before serving.

    I am in hopes that you take this in the frivolity in which it is given,for I truely like your recipe,but,since you are there and I am from there,that perhaps I could make you smile with what I am about to write.

    From the country,so...here goes.

    The best way to have quiche for dinner is to make it up and put it in the oven to bake at about 350 degrees...meanwhile get out a large steak,grill it ,and when it's done,eat it.

    As for the quiche,continue to let it bake,but otherwise ignore it.


    It's Monday...I have no other excuse :)
