Moroccan Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger shopping list
- 1 clove crushed garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 clove crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups couscous shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into 1” slices.
- Mix yogurt and spices then place chicken slices in the mixture.
- Let chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- While chicken is marinating take 1-1/2 cups yogurt and place in a coffee filter to drain 1 hour.
- Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and lemon juice.
- Cook couscous according to directions on package then preheat oven to 375.
- Remove chicken from yogurt and shake off excess yogurt.
- Spray a little oil on the chicken pieces and place on a baking tray and bake 20 minutes.
- Serve chicken over couscous with yogurt sauce on the side.
