How to make it

  • Cut chicken into 1” slices.
  • Mix yogurt and spices then place chicken slices in the mixture.
  • Let chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • While chicken is marinating take 1-1/2 cups yogurt and place in a coffee filter to drain 1 hour.
  • Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and lemon juice.
  • Cook couscous according to directions on package then preheat oven to 375.
  • Remove chicken from yogurt and shake off excess yogurt.
  • Spray a little oil on the chicken pieces and place on a baking tray and bake 20 minutes.
  • Serve chicken over couscous with yogurt sauce on the side.
