Baked Raspberry Custard

Easy ,creamy ,fruity and delicious raspberry custard.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c unsalted butter shopping list
- 3/4 c whole milk shopping list
- 3 lg. eggs shopping list
- 1/2 c plus 1 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 c raspberries(about 9 oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In oven,melt butter in 9" pie plate.
- In a blender,combine milk,eggs,1/2 c sugar,flour,salt and vanilla. Add melted butter and blend mixture until smooth,30 seconds.
- Distribute berries evenly in pie plate and pour batter over top. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs sugar and bake till slightly puffed and just set in middle,20-25 mins. Heat broiler and broil till top is deep golden brown,2 to 3 mins. Serve warm.
