How to make it

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, bananas, vanilla and melted butter.
  • Add to the flour mixture, fold until just combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook over medium heat on prepared griddle and serve immediately when done or keep warm in a loosely covered, ovenproof dish in a 300-degree oven.
