How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger; mix well
  • In a nonstick skillet, stir fry pork chops in oil about 5 minutes, until cooked
  • Remove pork from skillet, place onto a plate
  • Add OJ mixtures and mandarin oranges to skillet, cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes
  • Add pork chops to skillet and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes
  • Serve over your favorite rice
  • Enjoy!
