Quick And Easy Orange Pork Recipe
This dish goes well over rice and is very simple to make. My husband and I loved it!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c orange juice
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • 1 t vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 C mandarin oranges, drained

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger; mix well
  2. In a nonstick skillet, stir fry pork chops in oil about 5 minutes, until cooked
  3. Remove pork from skillet, place onto a plate
  4. Add OJ mixtures and mandarin oranges to skillet, cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes
  5. Add pork chops to skillet and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes
  6. Serve over your favorite rice
  7. Enjoy!
