Zucchini Bacon Bake

This is a beautiful breakfast bake that I got from another Mom in our daughters pre-school class last year. It is easy and so tasty for breakfast or picnics, delicous!
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis grated ( sometimes I only use 1 ) shopping list
- 1 c tasty cheese ( I have used both light or regular ) shopping list
- 1 carrot grated shopping list
- 3 pieces of bacon, diced finely ( I buy the diced bacon from the deli ) shopping list
- 1 onion, diced finely shopping list
- 1 small can of corn ( I use about 2/3 c corn kernels ) shopping list
- 1/4 c oil shopping list
- 1/4 c self raising flour shopping list
- 5 -10 eggs ( I normally use 6 ) shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together.
- I usually make mine in pie plate covered with baking paper.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Approx 30-40 mins.
- I bake mine on 150 forced fan oven for about 30 minutes.
