Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the tomatoes
  • Slice the tops off of the tomoatoes and scoop out most of the pulp (reserving for salsa, or to add to pasta, omlettes, etc)
  • Spoon 1/2 t of the ham/cheese mixture into each tomato shell
  • Serve chilled
  • *Top with chives if desired

    Great cold side dish come salad. Glad you use cherry tomatoes as that about the only kind we get here. Vine ripened though so delicious. Grazi. RJ
