Chocolate Chip Meltaway Cookies

These were found on the internet over 6 years ago and make them as often as I can, They melt in your mouth and so easy to make you will see them disappear before your eyes!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup sifted powder sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 12-16 oz mini semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl
- Beat till smooth
- Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt
- Add to butter mixture and beat till smooth
- Stir in vanilla and chips
- Shape into 1" ball
- Roll in sugar
- Put 2" apart on cookie sheet
- Bake 10-12 minutes till lightly golden brown
- Cool on wire rack
