No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 pint heavy cream

11 oz soften cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp vanilla

3 pkgs of lady fingers

1 can Comstock (your choice)

Preserve of your choice

Choice of Liquor (2 tbsp)

Directions

Whip heavy cream and set aside

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla along with your choice of liquor (my favorite is Raspberry)

Mix all together

Fold in whipped heavy cream

Apply lady fingers to side of spring form pan and bottom

Spoon some Comstock to bottom and side (this will fill in any spaces between lady fingers)

Add half of cheese mixture

Put holes in cheese mixture and add warm preserve and swirl around

Add another layer of lady fingers

Spread more Comstock

Add rest of cheese mixture

Repeat preserve into holes & swirl

Refrigerate overnight

If you want to save some Comstock for presentation when serving
