Slow baked Fish

- 3 monkfish fillets shopping list
- 3 tbsp of olive oil shopping list
- 6 tbsp chopped fresh fennel shopping list
- 6 tbsp of dill shopping list
- 200g of butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- mix the olive oil, dill and fennel
- season fish with salt and pepper
- rub fillets with dressing
- place cubed butter in the oven dish over the fish
- bake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes
- when you remove the fish there will be some sauce in the dish
- drizzle this over the fish when serving
