How to make it

  • Add the oil in foil-lined 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.
  • Combine next 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
  • Beat eggs and vanilla in small bowl until volume has increased. Add to flour mixture. Stir. Drop spoonfuls of batter here and there on base of pan. Do not stir. Bake in 350 degree F oven for about 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and immediately invert pan onto tray. Gently remove foil. Cool 30 minutes.
  • Sift icing sugar over top.(optional) Cut when cool.
  • Cuts into 54 squares (small)
  • 1 square contains: 83 calories; 4.4 g fat; 1 g protein; trace fiber

    I used walnuts..they tasted good also...I didn't sprinkle with icing sugar...it was good
