Creamed Hard Boiled Eggs

- 6 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon rosemary shopping list
- 1 teaspoon thyme shopping list
How to make it
- Peel eggs and slice into 1/4" thick rings then melt butter in skillet and add milk.
- Gradually stir in flour and cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs then season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
- Serve on hot fresh biscuits.

My mom made this on meatless Fridays and/or to stretch the food budget when I grew up. I hated it then but my taste has matured a lot over the years and I found this recipe delicious and truly comforting food.

Delish! It's my first time having creamed eggs and I really enjoyed it! Hubby loved it!
