This is my Hungarian version of Jalapeno poppers...it has a very good and creamy taste from the cheese that is used and heat from the peppers and the Hot paprika.....a sure hit for parties or anytime. Its a flavor explosion in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 6-8 jalapeno peppers , cut in half and cored.
- smoked Goudam cheese slices....about 1/4 lb.
- jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined.
- bacon , do not cut strips in half...keep whole.
- Hot szeged paprika
Directions
- Cut peppers in half and core them.
- place cheese slices in half the pepper and cut shrimp in half and put on top of cheese.
- now sprinkle top with the hot paprika.
- now wrap the bacon around the pepper from top to bottom.
- place on baking dish and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
- I used a great sauce for dipping that goes very well with this,
- it is called "Iron Chef " Rum flavoured Pineapple Duck Sauce.....and it is the Bomb.
