How to make it

  • Crumble crackers into a baking dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crackers.
  • Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from refridgerator 30 minutes before baking.
  • Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
  • Recipe may be halved.
  • Tip: Diced ham or cooked scrambled sausage is good in this also.

    This sounds strangely weird yet very interesting! I have never done anything with saltines and eggs together before. I just might be brave and try it. I love different things for breakfast, my favorite meal of the day.
