Mojito Freeze

- 1 cup finely crushed pretzels shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- Zest and juice from 1 large lime shopping list
- 2 TBSP fresh mint, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups whipped topping, thawed and divided shopping list
- fresh mint - garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Mix pretzel crumbs and butter.
- Press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9" round pan.
- Freeze until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, juice and mint until well blended.
- Whisk in 1 1/4 cups whipped topping; and spoon over crust.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
- Top with remaing topping and garnish with additional mint.
